According to the Mock Draft Database Consensus Big Board Ranking the Panthers signed five top 300 players, six if we push it to top 301. The highest regarded of these being Jalen Coker, a wide receiver prospect most considered draft worthy—including Agent 89.
After Coker, the best considered prospects were Willie Drew, Andrew Raym, Harrison Mevis, and Jaden Shirden. Raym received a $225,000 salary guarantee, large for a UDFA, which indicates there was competition to sign him.
